    Wip Farthis Village

Using this scenario and the provided map I am working on this village.

it is a isolated village surrounded by a 10' tall stone fence, overgrown with ivy.

    Here is where I am....

The buildings are just placeholders I put in using the thatching script...

I like the ivy texture... what are you going to do for the fence?

Here's the website converted to a PDF for those who would prefer it that way.

I'll watch this carefully and add the new maps when you're finished.

I thought it was a great lookin hedge until I looked at it at full size...then I saw some lil black n white squares and assumed that those were blocks or bricks. All I could really suggest is maybe trim the ivy back in a few places, like holes where it hasn't grown over all the way (shrug). Nevertheless, I think it's ok as is.

I went with larger stones (I had them originally, but the scale seemed off, so I made them smaller...)

Here is the latest WIP, with the fountain and the first three buildings completed:

There ya go, that ivy looks great and the lil flower/shrubbery things look even better. I like the shed too, don't know why, can't explain it...maybe for taking punks there and giving them a lesson or two.

I guess I should've been more clear. One of the houses has a fence around it (and the yard), that's what I was referring to.

I like the redone ivy covered wall - very nice.

Spent a bit more time on it.

Finished the cattle barron's house (with the fence). How's the fence, SG?

BTW, I'm not adding any building shadows until the end, in case you are wondering.
