I can only spot 1 infraction... On the largest of the south-eastern islands there is a lake that has 2 rivers coming out of it. My understanding is that it isn't possible. Not unless there is some "magical" reason for it.

Another one on the most northerly island as well.

Also, there are a large number of lakes with no in or outflow. If there is enough water collecting to create a lake you'd expect it to collect until it overflowed and created a river. It seems fairly unlikely to have so many stagnant lakes, especially as many of them are beside steep gradients. Finally, the large river on the big island flows from the flat lowlands to the mountains to the north. That certainly seems to be the wrong way round as it would seem to be flowing uphill. It is more likely that the run off from all the mountains in the south island collects in the basin and runs SW to the sea.

Geology aside, this is a lovely looking map. You've done a great job with Ascension's techniques to produce something very pretty indeed.

Those mountains are great. The large central lake looks like it has two outflow rivers...unless one of those is a man-made/controlled canal with locks.

Hmm...missed that one completely - I thought it was 2 separate land masses.

Thanks for the river tips. Are they better now?

I indeed used ascensions style for the realistic look.

I used pasis's tutorial for the mountains.

It's hard to tell, but I think the largest SW island has a tiny bit of river that doesn't go anywhere.

Otherwise I see no problems in your updated map.

I hate to have to point this out, since I didn't see anybody else mention it, but it looks like a footprint.

I don't know if that matters, but there you go.
