    Post Benarius says hi

    Hi forum,

I have just recently become intrested in D&D and D20 systems. I came across many intresting sites, how to play, use VTT's, tools, etc. I am in the process of joining a D&D game for the first time. It's play by post, so a good start to get things going. But it looks like this hobby is gonna take me way beyond just playing. I as a graphic/web designer can see a lot of opportunities for visualizing how "my world" one day will look like. Well, lets keep it simple. I start with a small scenario. Anyway, mapmaking for RPG's is what I want to try out and am sure gonna have some success with it. I looked at some samples here and am very impressed. I am gonna get my first mini map up by the weekend to try out different techniques. Of course I am gonna post it here to get stampeded by criticism. Looking forward to meet intresting folks here.

    Regards

    Benarius
