Post Mountains -- Hand Drawn Appearance

    Hey guys,

I have been working in Paint Shop Pro trying to make some picture tubes to make placing mountains and other elements onto my maps a little easier. This is a rather enjoyable process and definitely a new learning experience as I am a novice with this program.

I was inspired by delgondahntelius' tutorial on hand drawn pen and ink elements and decided to go for some pen/ink style mountains. This is the result. Any C&C would be welcomed.

We can always use more mountain tubes. Thanks.

Very nice! If you want some more inspiration, I had a similar idea for GIMP image tubes (and have been slack about getting back to it!) that can be found here, which is based on my tutorial here. My first thought is that there is to much black for my tastes, but that might just be me, BUT I have no idea what limitations PSP has when compared to GIMP, so that may be the best you can get in that particular tool. In any event, REP+6 for taking this on.

Thanks for the rep. I agree they seem a little too black. I tried lightening them up a little with a dodge filter and I kind of like the result.

I think these are better, but "for me", there is still to much dark, but still a nice set and we welcome the contribution!

Are these solid black with white fill?
