    Here's a little map in which I threw together what I could infer about the Nentir Vale.

    I think your best off looking at wikipedia. I thought maybe there was another version of moomin that I was not aware of but no I don't think so...

    I thought I was crazy red but it appears that I am not crazy enough...

    Really nice take on the Nentir Vale setting. It reminds me of some styles of oriental art I've seen. Great work!

    Very nice. I like the style of that map very much. It has a nice Impressionist vibe with a slight oriental feel. Cool stuff! Keep up the great work!

    Very slick, the only thing that sticks out to me is the repetition of the mountains.
    I'm hacking my way into the cartographical realm with AutoRealm, AutoCAD, GIMP, and Google Sketchup as my tools!

    You're right Strick, the mountains are pretty much a one-pass, one brush affair. Someday I'll find my Photoshop brushes disc with all my nature elements on it... someday...
