    Returning to D&D after a very long absence. Things have come a long way since graph paper & pencil. Joined Cartographers' Guild to help speed up the recoverery.

    Welcome to the guild. Post up some of those old maps, we all love those as they bring back lots of memories.

    Sorry, all those maps have long since been lost. I held on to all my AD&D stuff for 25+ years. I'd thought of trying to start playing again, but I knew it wouldn't be the same. I sold it all. But, strangely enough, my Mum found a newer version basic set at a yard sale. I saw it in the garage when I was visiting. She said she'd told me about it, but I don't recall. Since it had miniatures, tiles, & premade encounters I thought my wife & son would like to have a go. They are enjoying it so far, so we will be creating some new memories ..... and maps!
