    Post Alfisko says "Servus!"

I am mediocore 3D and 2D graphician and I like to draw a lot so I'm not that new to making silly fantasy things. I am working on freeware fantasy game named the-eleventh (webpage: http://www.the-eleventh.com).
If there is anyone skilled in writing fantasy concepts of anything related to making such world - e.g. describing races, weapons, economies, cities, rivers, mountains, lands, shores, cliffs, islands, storyline.. then you can tell me here in forum and I can give you access to our wiki .

    I'm from Czech Republic
    I'm 17 years old
I like taking pictures with my Nikon D80
I draw with pencil a lot
I am quite skilled with Blender, GIMP and Inkscape
I like Battlefield 2 game and am still stuck with the demo

Wow - those are some really nice pics on the blog. I especially like all the rustic wooden shacks and outdoor stuff like tables, pales and so on. The indoor scenes are very well lit - makes me think they might be using a radiosity renderer there.

We generally do maps here - mostly fantasy maps at that but not always. Theres an associated campaign builders forum / group attached to this one which you can find by clicking through on the top bar. I think between the two you should find some interest in both areas. A lot of the texturing stuff comes up in 2D as well as 3D and we do some 3D maps too.

Not generally interactive so much tho. I see your using Ogre3D which should make the game pretty nifty. It talks about a demo a lot. Is this an MMORPG or a VTT or just a city creator demo ?

Cool stuff - got you off the zero rep now !

Welcome to the guild. Post up anything you'd like in the way of tips or tutorials for Blender as that's one of the things that gives a lot of us problems. Sweet, sweet houses and stuff on the blog.

Heya, and welcome to the Guild. It's kind of nifty that you're only seventeen and already making your own game. When I was seventeen - oh, so many moons ago - I hadn't even heard of roleplaying, or D&D. Good luck with it!
