I used to play a text based game back in the 90s (before MMORPG's were around) called DragonRealms and we had something like this called Togball - named after the Gor'Tog race similar to half-orcs but bigger and dumber. Although we didn't actually play it there was some fanfic about it that sounds pretty similar...instead of using a ball first one to lose their head became the ball, that sort of thing. Sounds like a wail of a good time. Sounds a bit like the blood rule in rugby but to the nth degree.

If the radiance of a thousand suns was to burst at once into the sky, that would be like the splendor of the Mighty One...I am become Death, the Shatterer of worlds.

Very good - I bet they can run with the ball pretty well and give a viscous bite to boot ! I am playing space marines 40K next w/e which should be a hoot.

The coffin in the "dead/injured" box is a nice touch.
