Wip WIP - Castle Ravenloft in CC3

I've always thought Castle Ravenloft was one of the best dungeon maps ever published. Attached is my stab at the Main Floor.

Very nice. I like the different floor colors/patterns as this really sets it off and makes it artistic...pulling the eye this way and that.

I like everything except the pattern used for the areas outside the castle itself.

It was very distracting (at least for me) and takes away from the inside goodness.

Yeah, for the area outside, to break it up, use some more different types of fills, like som cobblestone, and some of the semi transparent dirt and grass fills.

Also, with the outdoor grass fill to make it less jarring change it from a scale of 5 (for example) to 10 or 15 to offset the repeating pattern aspect.

I love it! I agree with some of the others, however - some variation in the areas outside would really enhance this map greatly.

I am really looking forward to seeing this develop.

Unless I explicitly state otherwise you have my permission to use my maps in any capacity needed just give me credit. If you make money off them somehow, that's awesome - let me know! In fact, I LOVE to hear about the ways maps I make are used.

The maps will be restored later on this month on my new site! It will launch around the same time the new MapForge software comes out!
