    Looks great, I have to say...I wish I could afford the 3dsMax / Vue, but those are just so darn expensive.

    Well, you have had very good results with photoshop, which also comes with a nice price tag

    Since bow and stern are architectural terms for the front and back parts of a boat, fore and aft towers might make more sense and still be nautical. My two cents.

    I work for the US Navy as a contractor and sometimes I like to ask the sailors about whether the anchor comes out of the pointy end of the boat or the blunt end. Of course, I work for sailors that are living in the desert so they aren't all there anymore...

    yep. Created a compass and added it to the map.. also tweaked the frames.
