Map This is as good as it gets...

Well unfortunately I doubt I'll have time to work on this any further, I was actually starting to like how it was coming along...oh well

Here's the latest WIP ("dumbed down" quite a bit for uploading).

Post OK, so I was wrong...here's another update

OK, the project we were going to start at work got postponed - so back to it being very slow.

Worked on this some more today, though at this point I am getting a bit 'burned out' on it, but I will finish it damn it!

I've reworked parts of the road system, where it just didn't look and/or work right. I completely redid the "Ghost Town" (the area w/the fog), and what I am calling the 'Nobles Ward' (upper right). Started adding structures to the central area surrounding the 'Spire'.

Thanks to Ascension & Ravells for the encouragement.

EDIT: Looks like I forgot to turn one of the shadow layers back on...poop!

    Map Done - I guess.

Well unless the OP comes back and actually gives me some feedback on this, I've taken it as far as I want to.

I tried to follow their 'guidelines' where possible but had to take some 'liberties' in certain areas.

So here it is...if I don't get a response in the next couple of days I'll move it over to the finished map forums.

that's really nice, and I love the statues in there.

Thanks... the statues and a couple of tower parts are from the Dundjinni forums, everything else is textures/patterns and layer styles.
