Hullo and hi from Redmond, WA. I'm a huge fan of the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan and do design/code work for a fansite based on such.

I have for a long time felt that the majority of both the maps provided by the books as well as fan maps have been...lacking is the best way to put it. Stumbled across this site and saw some of the amazing work and more importantly the tutorials and figured I'd try my hand.

I'll probably throw up a slice of my current WIP soon.

    Welcome to the guild thir13n!
I think there's at least one Wheel of Time map posted on this forum (fanmade). Did you already find it?

Ahh, yes, I've seen that one out on the interwebz. One that I though was the best done as well, seems like I'm in the right place to learn then, heh.
