    Wip Satellite style, my first try. Comment please.

    Hi all, im new here, I saw your works and all are awesome. Here i post some images of wich I have done some time ago with Photoshop trying to simulate a satellite image of a extrasolar planet. Comment what do you think about it, thanks.

    I think it's an awesome base to work with.

    A lot of cloudiness going on there, but that's good if you want to simulate orbital photography.

    Add some colour and some labels and you have some fine planetary mapping on your hands.

    Always curious about the methods people find.

    Dollhouse Syndrome = The temptation to turn a map into a picture, obscuring the goal of the image with the appeal of cute, or simply available, parts. Maps have clarity through simplification.

    Some really neat and interesting terrain features there.

    Do you intend to color it, or will it remain a grayscale image?
