Post Temple of the Water God

It is a temple dedicated to a water god (Xerbo in my Greyhawk Campaign).

The shaded area in the sacred indoor pool (Area 7) is a flooded stone walkway. Should a character step off the shallow walkway, he will plummet deeper into the trench that surrounds it. I'll leave it up to the DM to decide how deep the pool should be.

I hate to think someone would need to go to a fire altar instead of a water one...

Is this thought as part of a city setting?

Cool stuff, utility and simplicity combined.

Lwaxana, IMC (in my campaign) this temple is located in the city of Admundfort (Shield Lands capitol in the World of Greyhawk campaign). Xerbo is the god of the sea, water travel and business/money. This temple has a High Priest of Xerbo (12th level Cleric), Several Canons (6th Level Clerics), and in the Nyr Dyv lake is a tribe of freshwater locathah (area 8 ) who are loyal to Xerbo and can often be found swimming in the temple's pool. They are friendly to the Clerics of Xerbo. The clerics who study at the temple can learn Locathah as an additional language. That's the context of this map in my game.

    Very nice in it's cleaness.
The only thing that doesn't read well is the water in the B/w version.
of course this doesn't matter if you are the only one who ever uses it.
I think a simple ripple texture could fix that in the B/W version.

    Great looking map.

Nice. I might use it just like that for my Greyhawk campaign (if we ever get out of the sewers, sigh).

Is the temple considered to be swimming (my guess) or on solid ground?
