for making a mosaic style tile map in photoshop, with a bit of information for gimp as well. Someone should be able to follow it and make a suitable map.

Greek-style map
Hi all,
I'm a hobby game developer and am currently developing a nine men's morris game for the Xbox 360. The basic gameplay is in place and now I'm adding some exciting features to wrap it all up!
Description of the Map:
I basically need a map of a part of Greece that includes Sparta, Marathon & Athens. Only these 3 cities should be named on the map.
Style:
A greek-style (mosaic maybe) would be interesting. I'm open to all other styles though!
Quality & Size:
The higher the quality the better. If you have some maps in your portfolio just let me know.
As for the size, the minimum size should be 1280x720 pixels. If you prefer larger maps, it's fine by me.
Copyright:
I will have the right to use the map for commercial purposes. The artist will have the right to use it for his own portfolio and for commercial gain.

Simple map

Cryo, this looks like a repost of your earlier request for a Greek-style map or do you need two maps?

It's 2 different maps.
I think this should be easier to do though.
btw... I've tried to follow the great tutorials here but alas my maps never turn out that good
