Hi,

I'm new at the guild and so I wanted to share some mapping stuff, which I used for QGIS maps:

The University of Otago (New Zealand) provides different geological patterns, brushes and symbol fonts for Illustrator, GIS and Inkscape, which you can download here:
https://blogs.otago.ac.nz/si-geology...ics-resources/

If you want to convert them for Photoshop or the like, I recommend a workaround like this one:

There is no special information about the usage of the data. There is only this hint in the readme.txt:

"Suggested citation

Standard for Geologic Map Symbolization (PostScript
Implementation): U.S. Geological Survey Techniques
and Methods 11-A2

I hope it is useful for someone.

Greetings
