    Question New here, and wondering...

    Hi map friends!
I love maps, perhaps too much. I'm also an artist, and most of my art is a map. Cartography of the Imagination is the main theme of my work. I work in watercolor and ink, and integrate other forms of media into my work as well.

While looking through the work here, I noticed most of it was done on the computer. Would my "old fashioned" way of making maps be welcome here?

    Thanks for letting me know!

Yes it would. A lot of us work digitally because it's easier for the computer to to do the work rather than do it by hand, although it takes twice as long. Checked your links and some nice work there. Welcome to The Guild.

A lot of us started with the hand-drawn, and I know for me, will always hold a special place in my heart.

Hand drawn maps are gorgeous, would love to see them. And /drool a bit at a talent I'll never have, lol.

    Welcome aboard!
