Wip Nov/Dec Lite Entry - Cathedral of the Living God - Rev 1

I've been working on this for the past several days, my traditional/post-modern cathedral...I hope this is what these contests are about...I'll have to sketch up a 3/4 view soon plus add a bit of color.
I've add some color to my map and expanded it a bit....hope you find it interesting.

    Cool more entries!

I like what you have so far, looking forward to seeing where you take it.

Wow. This is looking really promising.

Man, that's some crazy stained-glass work. Love to visit that on a sunny day.

Probably a floor mosaic and not a window...wouldn't support snow or hail.

Could be a dome, so rain would slide off. If it were built where I live, the most it would ever need to support is sleet or light hail, maybe a very thin powdering of snow every few decades. On the other hand, you wouldn't want a glass roof in case of earthquake.

Maybe it's done in a nice plastic.
