    Post New job... old problem.

Well it happened again... Some life changing event took place that threw all my current projects on end... I got a job far enough away from my home that it involves a move, and eventual purchase of a house...

I am the new GIS Specialist for Lambton county, a small county in ontario north of windor, it includes Sarnia... close enough to the states so you americans may be able to place it without google...

Its a fun job, challenging and always something new.

But... all this change has given way to a change in my free time, and thus, a complete destruction of any projects i've had in place... AGAIN...

So. hopefully soon when i get more or less settled i can get back to my ideas... till then I will just keep up with everyone elses success!

Ya gotta do what ya gotta do to pay the bills. I'm sure you'll look forward to getting settled in and getting a new routine in place that leaves lots of free time. Might take a few months but we'll still be here. Hopefully you'll also get some new ideas in that time and that's a good thing. Good luck, man.

well its definitely all good. a gov't job with which i can buy a house and live quite well is an accomplishment in itself at 27, so i'm not complaining... I just hate not having time to do fantasy stuff! I'll definitely still be around, i'm just saying that once again, nothing that i've started is going to get finished... and i'm quite tired of that happening!

and someone make a map for bigironvault for gosh sakes! i sent him here! help the fellow out!

I wrote him a PM a few days ago, asking if he has found a cartographer for his project.
He didn't answer yet, though. Thought he might be busy with the holiday season and all.
