there are 4 or 5 cafes and as many inns

there are private residences and guest residences
i need to place numbers on those so that when people 'move in' they can have their own house

all of the houses are in one general area
I would think the Administrator is going to live closer to the heart of Tor (near the Administration Buildings), the same for the head Slaver

I know Master wants His house near the Square -- follow where I am going about the houses? The Cafes actually have names

Golden Kailla -- needs to be near the Square
The Silken Oasis - larger, most well known and expensive needs to be closer to the inner circle of the City
Golden Collar
Silver Chain
Thong, the Veminium, the Pomegranate, the Red Cages and the Pleasure Garden
Cafe of Six Chains

there also needs to be walled gardens scattered through out
