    Default Hello from China

Hello, I am the representative of The Great Old Ones in China, but originally I came from across the Southern Seas from the land called Australis....

Anyway, I'm new and just beginning to find my way around, but I have brought...Booty! I have a trove of Medieval type maps (I think most of the Blaeu collection, Crusades and some other stuff) many are in Lossless JPEG2000 format. I would like to put some up to serve as inspiration, as they really are beautiful maps. Where is the best place to put them? I thought under galleries, but that is mainly new maps...which I hope to add some of my own stuff too soon.

If you did them, then either the finished map section or the regional/world mapping section (or if you have city maps, then town section works to). If They were made by someone else, then reference material is probably the best place for them.

    Welcome and enjoi your time!

Rythal, these ones are not mine, so reference it is, they are quite awesome for freehand. I will add some of mine in due course. I will put them up from home tonight my time.

Nah, just speak a little - very little these days. I've got a few "Chinese-y" maps on the forums in various places, from an Asian-themed setting I'm trying to put together. Okay, let's see some maps (I should talk! I've been very unproductive in this department lately...)

Nope, stainless steel and copious amounts of lubricants keep me from getting rusty.
