Default 3D terrain for gaming...or otherwise...

Hoping Evil Dr. Grignard (intro) and others might post some pics of their gaming terrain. I've done a few pieces so I'll start it off. Mods, if there's a better place for this please feel free to close/move/vanish this thread.

So here we have several 40K-style terrain pieces. Most use foamcore as a base with corrugated cardboard glued on to shape the landform. Covered in dirt and scenic materials. The walls are made of various bits of packing.

Next are some planets, designed to be used with Battlefleet Gothic. The gas giants are made from styrofoam spheres covered in papier-mâché, sanded, and painted. The airless terrestrial planet is a styrofoam ball covered in many layers of Mod Podge and sanded then painted. The moon is a styrofoam ball with craters melted in with a soldering iron, then Mod Podged, sanded, and painted. The asteroids are styrofoam spheres, scrunched by hand into interesting shapes, and then covered in dirt and drybrushed. The asteroid bases are made in a similar manner, with bits of ships stuck on.

I do have quite a bit of fold-up paper scenery (mostly from Worldworks Games) but I'm not counting that in scenery unless you guys are.

    So, what'cha got?

[edit: guess I can only attach 5 files...so will put some in the next one]

I have all my 3D terrain stuff, aswell as some mini's, on my site..
    http://www.frozenchaos.net
Though I have to admit, I've never used any of it in an actual game =P
I just build for fun, its an addicting hobby..
Most stuff was made with Hirst Arts ( hirstarts.com ) moulds, so can't take full credit for a lot of builds.

Very nice stuff. We'll let you take 99% of the credit for it...that stuff doesn't mold and paint itself. Have some rep.

    Default My Hirst Arts Dungeons

Hello all. Well, this is not a map, but a couple of years back I purchased some castleworks molds from Hirst Arts and made a couple of Dungeons form one of my campaigns. Well, the other day there was a discussion at the Obsidian Portal on 3-D dungeon terrain and I decided to take some pictures of my dungeons to contribute to that thread. I figured, while I was at it, I'd see if there was any interest in the topic here, and that's how I found this thread. OK, so one caveat. This dungeon is 2 years old and has seen its fair share of wear and tear. As such, there are several chips and paint scuffs.

Also, I am only posting a few pictures here (and perhaps I'll do a second post with pictures if there is any interest), but if anyone would like to see more, I have a link to allot more photos at my Age of Legends site.

You have room for shed's in London? I thought everyone (except the Royals) lived in Flats/Apartment Complexes?

p.s. Don't mind me, for some reason I'm extremely silly/goofy today.
