    Post CiGen - city generator

    Hi,

As you may know, Dubai is almost Lehman (synonym for bankrupt). One of the main reasons is an extremely expensive building program that costs billions of dollars. Here comes CiGen to the rescue: for no bucks at all the Dubais and you can build whole cities.

Ok, to be sincere: CiGen is a very slowly evolving generator for random buildings with a road tool, a paint tool and a few effects. Get it at http://www.mediafire.com/?gd5zrgwjklu (zip, consisting of an swf, the same as exe and a rtf - be sure to read the rtf for instructions on how to use the tool).

    Below two picts:

    1. usage of the road tool
    2. a quick settlement done in 5 minutes

    That could be pretty useful.

Aw, it's not downloading for me. :[ Maybe the link's died? I think Mediafire removes links after so many months of inactivity... Does anyone happen to have another link somewhere?
