    Default Hello

    Hi,

I stumbled across this site whilst searching for Shadowfell Keep maps to try out 4th ed DnD. An exellent forum with some stupidly talented contributors, an early thanks to you all which I'm sure I'll be repeating often.

I'm now looking to try out Inkscape and GIMP to create my own battlemaps rather than investing in fiddly dungeon Tiles.

There seems to be a wealth of tutorial threads for me to get my head around so I'll perhaps post some questions in the relevant forums when things start to make a bit of sense.

oh I'm 28 and British bt the way!

There is still good value in tile based mappers.

If you are D&D 4e, check out Masterplan or Pymapper (via google groups)
