Is it possible to import a BMP map to a CC3 map and modify it? if so, how?

Is it possible to import a map made with fractail terrains 3 that have been modified and saved in bmp?

Or better, is it possible to import a bmp in a CC3 map? To modify it with CC3 tools?

You can import a map into CC3 but you can't edit it directly. For all practical purposes you use the bitmap as a background and draw on top of it. If you have the map in FT3 why not just export it directly to CC3?

I have to give it to a friend of mine with CC3, I had to edit it by myself and now I would to pass it to him.
But I don't know if it could be a good pratice.

If you own FT3 but not CC3, I *believe* you should still be able to export to a CC3 file and pass that on to your friend to open, even if you don't own CC3.
