    Default CC3 - Can I edit WWII Interactive Atlas maps with it?

    I've been writing in a WW2 setting for a while now and recently stumbled across ProFantasy's WWII Interactive Atlas. It looks like a great tool, but it'd only make sense for me to buy it if I can edit its maps. The product page isn't too clear on this, so maybe someone here could give me a definitive answer. I do own CC3, by the way.

    You can edit the maps only if you open them with the full CC3 software
