    Post Fractal Terrains manual?

    I just bought the download edition of FT, and page 28 of the Essentials guide PDF mentions a full manual with further reading, tutorials and so on - but I couldn't see it on my list of downloadables at profantasy.com. Is this something that is only available if you buy the CD version?

    Good point - I just thought I'd ask around in case I was missing something really obvious!

    EDIT - it's part of the CC2 Complete Cartography Suite PDF, which is only available when you register your ProFantasy product.
