Thread: GIMP- is there a Fantasy Starter pack?

These aren't specifically for Gimp, but they should still work. Remember that anything that you copy to the clipboard from within gimp will auomatically appear as the first pattern in the patterns dialog. So open a texture, select all, copy, then go to your image you are working on and look in the patterns dialog. There it is. Get the area you want to fill and ctrl-; to fill. Very quick and easy.

Also, must image files are usable as patterns if you just dump them in gimp's pattern directory. They don't need to be .pat files!
