Could be a browser or firewall issue, as when I double checked my posted link, it works just fine for me - no idea, why Eabrek is having problems with it.

The first link Gandwarf gave worked. I'm installing it right now.
Edit: Yah it works, its an interesting program. Its funny how sometimes it places things in awkward positions, like sometimes the town is partly on the lake, or the walls.
