High Contrast Ocean - Harrum -
Well I finally got around to Finishing Harrum, lots of people enjoyed the oceans, so this is a step by step walk through, hopefully its simple enough and explains it enough to get through it, if there are any spelling mistakes, or any other issues let me know!
First real tutorial, so bare with me!
Also Several files, I got the Pattern which is from Genetica I believe, and also I zipped up my actual PS brush for the grunge part of it, or I saved it as a PNG and you can covert it to a brush.

I also found that under the Final Ocean Stage It has Turn on Land Layer, Don't pay attention to the First one. However you don't need to delete anything if you don't want to.
