    Post CC3 - Simple parchment effect

    Here is a small tutorial for the parchment look that I used for my first town using CC3. Enjoy!

    I took a quick look at the PDF and it seems really detailed and easy to reproduce the effect. Thanks, I will surely try it out in the near future.
