Making rope in Inkscape, request
I'm not sure this is the proper place to post this, but I'll do it anyway.
I want to add rope highlights to my sand skiff, particularly a rope net and some rigging. I can make a straight rope repeating pattern just fine (see attached) but what I would like to do is draw where I want the rope to go with a path then somehow apply the pattern to it. Could anyone describe the process or point me to a good tutorial or set of tutorials?
