Hello, my friends, a recent add to my collection of RPG adventures is here.

The adventure lore elaborates on the current tribute arrangement between a farming settlement and the eye monster that secretly claims the region its realm. While this situation is not ideal, it continued for years with apparent peace until the beholder had a powerful dream and became an undead monster.

After that, it became a very real threat to the balance of the kingdom. This adventure idea is appropriate for high-level parties but the lore can help fuel foreshadowing of the events for lower level parties.

That's a pretty nifty layout, but as a practical matter, putting an acid pool trap directly above your own bedroom is not the safest arrangement.
