This is absolutely insane. Can't imagine how many hours you must have spent on this. How big is it? Anyway, very impressive work. Can't wait to see the final map!
Cheers!

Thanks a lot tainotim!
Hopefully, I'm not counting, that's really better for my sanity! So... many hoursBy Tainotim
Can't imagine how many hours you must have spent on this.
It's at 100%, that's the reason why I'm posting it in four parts.
I'm kinda stuck with the frame... I didn't like all my tests (wood frame or background, simple black line and mixes between those two), so any idea would be helpful! And still working on the downtown...

I intend to put a title and some indications on the top right. The rest of the legend will go mainly on the bottom left.
And now with the downtown labels. I've also made a test to indicate some important places in the San Fernando Valley (in the top left)... What do you think about it? The code is simple : I for Industrial, G for Government/administration buildings, M for Mall/shoping centers, T for train stations, A for airports, E for Entertainment (zoo, cinema or tv studios...).

And I'm still thinking about a possible frame...
Another try for indicating the main zones/locations.. Which one do you prefer?

I kept going with the last test... It's hiding the buildings (sadly) but it's more legible so... I added some peaks/summits. The upper left quarter will look like that.

A city map with that size and accuracy, that was a damn big challenge and you passed it brilliantly dude, awesome map!
