WOW! This is an incredibly cool concept so far. Can't wait to see more of it.
Summertime, and the livin' is easy...Perfect timing for such a cool challenge idea :-)
Although I tend to add hanging gardens to fantasy cities on a regular basis, this time I decided to go in a different direction - to repurpose a mundane contemporary structure as the gardens of the future. So, Greenwater is envisioned as a small post-apocalyptic settlement around an abandoned nuclear power plant, shaded by the huge concrete towers covered with patches of greenery.
Here is a quick sketch:

Ehem...I am so late with this update to my entry... I apologize to all participants in the challenge for not being more involved in the WIP phase; it seems that I am prone to finishing my works in the last moment. Good thing is that I had enough time to think about the whole concept of this map; on the down side, there is not much time left for any corrections or improvements.
