    Huh? Ah, that. No, that's a side-effect of the inner glow layer I attached to the landmass. I'll have to see if I delete part of it or simply hide it beneath the map frame lateron.

    The idea behind it is that's an old impact crater (as are the smaller ones; the volcanic area is in the North and will actually be explored in the third map of the overall commission (this being the second one), and that maybe what fell from the sky back then somehow is responsible for the flourishing green inside the otherwise barren waste.
