If the radiance of a thousand suns was to burst at once into the sky, that would be like the splendor of the Mighty One...I am become Death, the Shatterer of worlds.

@ Torstan (or anyone who knows the answer) have you done any more mpas in a similar style to your Dolmen Isle and is there a way of searching maps made by a user?

Under the "Advanced Search" feature you can look for all threads started by a specific user.

Welcome Korba. I like your maps too. Excellent choice giving up lurking and jumping in. I think thats how many of us started here.

I did do one previously in that style, but it was for a commission where the person was less keen on having work up on the interent so it won't be seeing the light of day for a while. However RobA has a lovely example of a map like this:
http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?t=1990
and here:
http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?t=2423
And delgondahntelius has a few maps in a similar style. First there is this tutorial:
http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?t=3013
And this is one of the maps in that style:

I hope those help!
Thank you Torq and huge thank you Torstan those are exactly the kind of posts i was hoping for.
