This is coming along nicely. A little thing that bothers me : the mountain ridge in the lower right part (that really sells the perspective) clashes a little bit with the cluttered mountains in the north. The style is really mastered and it's a pleasure to see.

Lovely work so far. I agree with thomrey about the different styled mountains, but overall the illustration looks great. The shading is very nice too BTW. Looking forward to seeing updates.

Thanks, the mountains were just a work in progress, they're further along and match the rest now. The whole map will get a further 'detail' pass adding some more texture. Been doing some diy around the house so not had as much time on this as I'd like, hopefully should still get it "finished" for the deadline though!

I really love your forests and the peaks shadows are convincing in the lower part, great job !

Thanks, the shadows on the trees was a happy accident (I shaded the mountain before drawing the trees) but they look great, I'm going to add that to the other forests.

Leaving this a bit last minute, I rushed through get the last of the main features in so it's a bit sloppy but I could call this finished if I don't get a chance to polish it off before the deadline.
