    As I mentioned in the WIP thread this map inspired me to go and find out more about impact craters and why they appear circular and not conical if the projectile hits from an angle. Apparently it's all to do with elasticity of the planet's crust. It's a massively fascinating subject that I need to read more about so I have bookmarked a few references for future perusal. This is what I love about maps, seeing things and then going to find out about them.
