Nice job on this timallen. Good information and really like the inset map. I think the arrows and white oval could be a little more delicate?, seems a little harse and over powering. Look forward to seeing this in the challage.

You think so? Hmmm...I could try the circle/arrows with more tan and less white, perhaps.

Yup, I second Snodsy's advice. For the rest, a very nice map, and the mini-map is working well .

here is the map with toned down circle/arrow thingy. This is definitely not in the same class as the other entries, but it does the job I set out for it- to tell the story of the siege of Jadotville. Its even got the attention of a game designer friend of mine who had never heard of the battle and who now says he wants to make a game of it, which is kinda kool.

You play yourself down too much Timallen. This is a subtly beautiful map with a bundle of information displayed very clearly. I wouldn't say it was any better or worse than anyone else's but simply different
