That face turned out really well, Tilt! I'm assuming it's supposed to be reminiscent of the stone faces you will see in some older architechture (can't seem to spell today!) Everything looks fantastic! I can't wait to see some color here!

Lookin' good, Tilt. How you have the patience to draw all... those... damn... roofs... I'll never understand.

    Me neither!

    Baccus is looking great

This is just a thought, but that cliff might be easier to represent if you use shading as well as lines. Nothing like a nice dramatic shadow to show a height difference...

Thanks Mouse, I felt he turned out great too ... and yes, my next step is shading.. I tried shading with pen but my details are to small to make it look good (some houses are only a few mm on each side), then I tried pencil and it worked better, but still not really good enough so I'm going to shade in photoshop instead. And I still have about 28 hours to finish before I go on holiday

Dammit, I'm way behind and with now only about 5-6 hours left to work on the map I have to scale down my expectations to it a lot... sigh... I just have to comfort myself with the fact I'm going to the world biggest Board Game Convention in Essen and having fun.

So... latest update... shadow on the roofs of the houses and added the title.

    Enjoy your adventure!

There's a lovely fluid feel to the map you have drawn. The roads and blocks seem to flow nicely, yet remain obviously manmade rather than natural. That's an aspect that a lot of city maps (including my own) just don't seem to 'get' - a sort of inorganic organic feel that is caused in reality by the form of the land, modified by the way it was originally parcelled up to different owners when it was first settled. A painter would just call it good composition

Nicely done Tilt. Good composition and a natural feeling in the streets ways. Keep it at this good work.
