January 2021 Challenge: Manyeong District
Disclaimer: this is merely a photo from a not-so-latest smartphone, so bear with the uncomfortable blurriness.The paper is A3, and my future big scale scanner has not been ordered yet...
Hand-drawn map, using pencil for shading and microns. Hopefully I've not jinxed. This is my first submission and this one month deadline felt alien for this slow-motion guild novice.
Right, so this is based on the Korean Joseon dynasty. Contrary to the western dragons which symbolize fear, fire and power, the dragon in Korean mythology is quite a peaceful creature, mostly associated with agriculture and water, a bringer of good harvest.
This one has been dormant for a few hundred years, and a whole worshipping town has set its foundation around it, hoping for prosperity and luck. So far, so good, but it was never meant to last long, and the people have built the bridges knowing that one day they would crumble. A price they're willing to pay...

Hi PainPerdu, I've deleted your other threads, and we'll go with this one.
The process for using the Latest WIP tag is as follows...
Look at the box where you write comments. There's a toolbar just above the space where you type. Look for the button that's second from the right hand side. It's a hash mark with the letters 'wip' in yellow. Click on that button, and it'll insert the 'Latest WIP' tag with the correct formatting into your comment. Then add your image underneath.
The thumbnail scraper looks for the 'Latest WIP' tag and will pick up any image that's in the comment. You don't need to do anything else.
So, try editing your first comment, and click the Latest WIP button, then save your comment. Then check the Thumbnail scraper, and hopefully your image will be there. If you're still having problems, post below, and we'll work it out.
