Yes, labels, streets and roads, amongst several features such as main places, landmarks and so on, will be shown on the map.
As the map is drawn at the scale of about 1/16,000e (1 inch for 160 yards or 1 cm for 160 meters in metric scale), all the streets will not be named on the main map. However, this map will be published in an "atlas" where several parts will be shown more detailed, and major buildings as well (such as temples, libraries, inns, mansions, etc.)
Of course a full history of the city of Mangor does exist! The project is about 45 years old.
