This is a map of Runeterra from league of legends. I heavily referenced the LoL map website.

This is great! Sometimes a map looks best in black and white. The details are fantastic. Did you hand-draw this in an image editor?

Yeah I hand drew it in Krita.

My primary reference was the runeterra map website for league of legends. I will admit I 'stenciled' the font for the big runeterra title at the bottom right.

Looks good. I like the details in the forest, coastline, small castles and mountains.
I would continue using the stroked lines for coast, and maybe take it further.
I like the smaller cities better than the large ones, they seem to fit the map size better.
Nothing wrong with stenciling letters, they often look better unless the artist is also skilled in lettering.
