The Cartographers’ Guild is a forum created by and for map makers and aficionados, a place where every aspect of cartography can be admired, examined, learned, and discussed. Our membership consists of professional designers and artists, hobbyists, and amateurs—all are welcome to join and participate in the quest for cartographic skill and knowledge.
Although we specialize in maps of fictional realms, as commonly used in both novels and games (both tabletop and role-playing), many Guild members are also proficient in historical and contemporary maps. Likewise, we specialize in computer-assisted cartography (such as with GIMP, Adobe apps, Campaign Cartographer, Dundjinni, etc.), although many members here also have interest in maps drafted by hand.

Hey there, I thought I'd PM this to you as I'm not too sure about the legality of editing someone else's font. I'm sure it's not a jailable offence but I also guess it's not really allowed. Dunno. Anyway, I have an edited version of the Ilshakefest font if you'd like it. I fixed the kerning issues, and the odd characters. If you seek out a thread for my map "Vaniya" you will be able to see it in action (although I forgot to change one of the original lower case S's on the right hand side so just ignore that. ) If you'd like it then just let me know and I'll mail it to you.
