Wip CC3 - New Map as a WIP

    Hi all,

I am working on a project for a region of my D&D world using CC3. It is currently a Work In Progress but I thought I might post it to get some insight and maybe some tips from the experts. I know I need to add some more symbols and what not. I was thinking of adding a large forest in between the brown mountain range and the barrier mountains to the north. Sort of a barrier forest like the Argon (sp???). Does anyone have any suggestions of what to add to fill in the empty space? How about effects? I am still learning to use those and any feedback would be much appreciated. Also BTW is the resolution good for review? Is it too small or too large? I think the file size is 1.3MB, is that considered large for a jpeg map?

    Regards,

    Frank

Can have up to almost 5 megs for a JPEG or PNG, so you are good.

As to effects, you are doing good so far from what I can see. For your roads though, I would suggest a black glow on them to make them stand out a bit more, but not a big glow, say a Strength of 1 maybe as opposed to 0.

Here's a revised and improved version of the map if anyone cares to take a look at it.

Here's a somewhat finished version. I'm hoping that I'll be able to grow this region into a continent and eventually a world. I know it's simple but I think it will be effective for my campaign. What do you guys think?
