    Map La 31ème île d'Inktober

Here's my Oct/Nov 2017 lite challenge entry. It started as an Inktober map drawn in 1 day on the 31st and I just colored and shaded it (plus some tweaks) for the challenge.

Looks fantastic. I really like the little details, like how you can see how the rivers go through the forests, by looking at the canopy.

Oh nice, the water is fantastic! What kind of texture is that?

Thanks Evan, I wanted the island to rise from the ocean so I shaded the coasts.

Thanks Matthias, it's just a parchment texture with shadows and highlights applied with a grunge brush with dynamic settings.

Great map Thomas, you become better and better in land shading and colouring. I love this one

Thanks Voolf, I just go crazy lead by instinct and it has way better results than overthinking it.
