Star Wars water-based planet

This was a project I was working on for Star Wars water based planet and for another forums. I generated this map, in case anyone already knows what I did. But I also made it for planning where things should be in the planet. Anyway, since this is a world-mapping discussion forum, I thought I would ask what I should do to improve on the map. For some reason, I don't know how to put a compass rose on it and I have trouble putting up words in a map and legends to tell what is on the map. My map skills aren't too good, but I am trying.

If anybody has advice or knowledge for what to improve, let me know.
