Ah yes, this is what we here in Finland refer to as a busy port metropolis.
In all seriousness, cute as always. I think the shading in particular came out well in this one. The water could maybe use a little more detailing, it's looking a bit flat as it is.

The lineart's grand. I'd put some defined lineart waves in the corners at least, it's looking a bit bare up there, but like, I'd use it in a game.
