    Post Trafalgar shipyard - tempest fighter

    Been a Long time since i added anything so here is something i have been working on

    Model is in Sketchup with the Background worked in Paint then All finished in Gimp

    Awesome !! a Question how do you get the "blueprint" line drawings for the background? that looks killer and is just the thing Interworld Shipyards needs..

    jtougas-

    for The Blue Print after the Ship was Complete i made my own Style ( under Window - Styles) and selected a Blue Back ground and Such, i took several angle Pics of the Ship, arranged how i wanted them to sit in Excel then transfered to Gimp to final layer them. the Border is Actually a standard Excel Border. i then just added a few White Lines to the Mix.

    Thanks I am just now learning how to mess with the styles in sketchup I do most of my background work in GIMP It's nice to have some inspiration hopefully someday my models will turn out as good as yours.
